Listening Pilgrimage from Dover to Iona

We were excited to meet with Isabel and Christy last week, who joined us at Culpeper Community Garden to tell us about a project called the Listening Pilgrimage. Isabel and Christy will be walking 1,000km from Dover to the Scottish island of Iona, meeting, chatting with and listening to refugee commmunities, groups that have welcomed refugees and those resistant to the arrival of migrants. Their goal: to nurture conversations on the subjects of integration, human rights, community, vulnerability, fear and cooperation.
We will hopefully be joining them part of the way to share our Room to Heal stories and learning, watch this space!
