Room to Heal - Creating community - restoring life after violence

Room to Heal uses the power of community to support people who have experienced torture and organised violence to rebuild their lives in exile.

  • In 2007 five asylum seekers gathered around the fire at an inner city garden in London to grow food, share stories, and support each other through the challenges they faced.
