Safe dreams: sleep workshops starting this week

Sleeping well is really important for physical and mental wellbeing. Many people who have experienced trauma, struggle with one or more of the following:
- Going to sleep
- Getting back to sleep after waking up
- Disturbing dreams and nightmares
This Autumn, Room to Heal therapists, Hannaa and Bert-Jan, will be facilitating 3 Zoom workshops for Room to Heal members who are having difficulties with sleep and/or nightmares. We will offer these sessions in a gentle and safe environment, together with other Room to Heal community members. The aim is to help each other improve sleep time and find ways to make nightmares less severe.
